BTS fans Army wasted no time or money or energy celebrating their oppas 4th anniversary.
Chinese army took matters into their own hands and helped raise funds to feature BTS in a billboard in Times Square.

Times Square also tweeted about the idols congratulating them on their 4th debut anniversary and even called them Global Kpop Icons.
